PrintSAZ is a mobile app designed to make printing documents easier and safer. It allows users to print documents in various paper sizes, such as A1, A2, A3 and A4. It also provides free staples for printed documents and punch holes wherever they required in prints. As well as binding facilities. With the app, users can upload their desired documents and have them printed quickly and conveniently. The app is free to download and use, making it a convenient and cost-effective way to print documents.
A customer can register in PrintSAZ app using his mobile number and other details like Name, Date of Birth, Address etc.. Once customer is ready to accept the terms and conditions of PrintSAZ can click the box to show his acceptance and click register button. To ensure the safety of the customer, customer has to upload the any of his/her identity card copy issued by the government authority. And also customer has to upload selfie in order to validate the identity card uploaded by his/herself.
Once customer’s registration is accepted by the PrintSAZ, customer will get full access to the PrintSAZ mobile app as well as web app.
To place a new order customer has to select the paper size like A1, A2, etc., then can upload documents spreadsheets, jpg, files, etc., then customer has to select type of the print (b lack and white / colour) then side (single / double) then number of sets he required.
By entering all those details now customer can calculate the printing cost by clicking the button CALCULATE. If customer has coupon code he can enter in the space provided in the calculation page.
By clicking CONTINUE, customer will land in second page, here customer has to select whether the printed document is in need of staple / punch holes / binding. If customer wishes to get binding he can select various types of binding facilities such as soft binding / hardboard binding / project binding / spiral binding. Customer also can select how many sets of binding is required.
Then customer has to select the area and the print shop then he could type any suggestion if customer has. Estimated time mentioned in the app is merely for understanding purpose only.
Now customer can see the price summary of printing cost, binding cost, taxes, sub total and total. If customer has coupon code for binding it can be applied in this price summary page.
Now customer can verify the payment details and place an order by clicking order now button.
Once order is accepted it will be intimated to customer by push notifications.
Once printed document is ready, customer will be notified by push notifications and separate OTP will be provided for each transaction.
Customer can visit the print shop and collect the documents after verifying the OTP and payment to the shop.
At last customer might be requested to provide the feedback based on his/her self interest.
